Welcome to Graspr. By downloading, accessing, or using the Graspr Chrome Extension ("Extension") or our website ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Graspr.

1. License to Use

Graspr grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Extension for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.The Graspr Extension is closed-source and proprietary software. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the Extension.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Graspr to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Extension or associated third-party APIs.
  • Attempt to bypass any rate limits or security mechanisms embedded within the Extension.
  • Use the Extension for automated scraping or bulk data extraction without authorization.

3. Third-Party Services

Graspr utilizes external provider APIs to retrieve discussions and context related to the web pages you visit. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content provided by these external services. Your use of these services through Graspr is subject to their respective terms of service.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to Graspr (excluding third-party content), including all intellectual property rights therein, are and will remain the exclusive property of Graspr and its licensors.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

GRASPR IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE EXTENSION WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT FETCHED WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL GRASPR, ITS CREATORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE EXTENSION OR WEBSITE.

7. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of Graspr following any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
